Green Been Caserole
5 cans of French cut green beans
2 1/2 cups cut up artichoke hearts
2 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
3 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup light olive oil
Combine in a large bowl and put in caserole dish. Bake at 365 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is toasted brown.
This is a fabulous recipe and everyone always asks me for it whenever I bring this dish to a function. It is truly delicious!
